Fish & Richardson is a prominent global intellectual property law firm, specializing in patent law, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. One of their missions was to cultivate a creative, respectful, and inclusive culture that values diversity and fosters innovation. As part of their efforts to humanize their influential female leaders and highlight their pro bono initiatives, they turned to video as a medium to showcase these powerful stories.
In creating these videos, I played a pivotal role in every stage of the process. From the initial brief and goal-setting to developing video storyboards, I took full ownership throughout the life of the project. I was responsible for scheduling with attorneys, traveling to film locations, capturing footage, and editing the final videos to ensure they effectively communicated the intended message. It was truly a one-woman team experience, allowing me to handle all aspects of video creation. Additionally, I expanded my skill set by learning and incorporating motion graphics into the videos, enhancing the overall storytelling and visual appeal. These contributions helped elevate the firm’s efforts to connect with its audience and highlight the diverse voices and impactful work within their organization.
